This policy covers the FollowGrid website and the information described below. FollowGrid is an independent Chrome extension for exporting Instagram followers and following lists.

Website information

The website does not currently provide account registration, payment collection, or a public contact form. If you contact FollowGrid by email, your message and email address may be used only to respond to your request and provide support.

Extension and export data

FollowGrid is designed to work within the Instagram session already open in your browser. It does not ask you to enter your Instagram password in FollowGrid.

Exported lists are intended to download directly to your device. FollowGrid does not provide a user account or cloud list database for your exported audience lists.

Your choices

You decide which account and list to export, when to stop an export, and where to save the resulting file. You can remove downloaded files and the extension from Chrome at any time.

Third-party services

Instagram and Chrome are third-party services with their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services remains subject to their policies.
