A few quick answers for a smoother FollowGrid workflow.

Open the Instagram profile you want to research in Chrome, open FollowGrid, choose followers or following, and start your export. Your completed file is saved to your device.
Export not starting?
Confirm that you are on a fully loaded Instagram profile and that you are signed in to the browser session you intend to use. Refreshing the profile and reopening the extension can resolve a temporary page-state issue.
Looking for your file?
Check your browser’s download area or the download location configured in Chrome. CSV files can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, and most data tools.
